Within 60 days of signing the agreement, you provide copies of: Tax Office decision on NIP assignment, CEIDG certificate (sole proprietors) or current KRS excerpt (companies), and REGON number decision.
Yes. The virtual office rental agreement provides legal title to the premises under Polish law. You can register your business with KRS, CEIDG, Tax Office and GUS. You may also use the address on business materials, business cards and your website.
We receive regular mail, registered letters and courier packages - up to 40 items per day. We notify you by email within 3 business days of receipt. Upon request, we scan your mail (up to 30 pages per day) and deliver it in PDF or JPG format.
Scans are available within 3 business days of receiving the mail. The daily limit is 30 pages (combined from all packages) in PDF or JPG format. Scanning above the limit is available as an additional service.
Yes, during office hours (Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM) with a valid ID. You can also authorize another person to collect your mail - a written power of attorney with your signature is required. Pick-up outside office hours is possible by prior arrangement.

The office is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (excluding public holidays). Access outside these hours is possible by prior arrangement and may involve an additional fee.
Yes. We offer multilingual service in Polish, English, German and Arabic. Foreign companies can register their headquarters address in Poland at our location. We provide full mail and document handling.
